A customer contacted us to recover data from an iPhone XR (128GB). She has been using the iPhone for many years and recently it keeps prompting errors for storage full. She tried to delete some of the apps, photos, and videos to clear out some space, but it is unsuccessful. The apps that she deleted appears on the phone again after a while, she tried for a few times, it is the same for photos and videos. The phone is getting slower and starts glitching, after a while it got stuck on the apple logo. She tried to force restart but unsuccessful. She followed online solution and try to diagnose the problem of the iPhone, it has error code 1110. She had a lot of photos and videos on the iPhone needs to be recovered.

Action (Solution):
