This is a rather late review, but I felt compelled to leave one anyway. My iPhone 13 Pro died and I took it to Apple for a repair. They said it was a motherboard issue and repairing it was almost as expensive as getting a new one. Even worse, all data would be wiped out. Stupidly, I didn’t have my data backed up and they said retrieving it would be close to impossible.Then I stumbled upon EHDR and saw all the positive reviews. I thought might as well give it a try. Daniel gave a thorough diagnosis and made sure I understood the difficulty as well as the possibility of retrieving the data. A few weeks later, Daniel and Raudha reached out and said they had successfully retrieved the data I asked for. Felt like a miracle and a weight off my chest. It was years worth of important data after all.They are also very transparent about the cost, which I feel is reasonable considering the difficulty of what they do. Would highly recommend EHDR.

Came in with a damage hardware. I was quoted $980 which is a huge amount but the memories inside the HDD was invaluable. Proceeded with the retrieval of data and less then a week later it was complete and ready for me to view at the comfort of my home through a remote control website. Great service and response rate.My Samsung EVO 870 could not be detected and brought it over. The inspection took about 2 working days. A report of difficulty level and chance of recovery was sent over. After reviewing the report, you can choose to carry on with the service or not. No payment needed for inspecting the fault.The recovery took about 5 working days. They will then do an online session for you to check the files. Payment was only required once data is recovered and transferred over into a new storage device.During collection, one more check through of the data was allowed to ensure everything that could be recovered was successfully transferred.Would recommend their service!
Internal laptop hard drive suddenly failed. Contacted EHDR to have a look. The staffs were very helpful and informative when I told them about the problem. After 1 day of assessment they gave a quote for how much the price will be. Up until this point they do not charge anything and you can still opt out if you're not happy with the quote. It took them roughly a week to recovered my drive data. Very happy with the result! Definitely a place to recommend if you have data loss problem!

First time going to data recovery centre to recover my 3TB+ hard drive, tried to recover using application online, but the size to big to recover, cost not very costy, I thought will be above 1K, but was below than that, worthy for me as all my old pictures & videos are inside. The recovery took last than a month and had me check the data first before arranging for collection, kudos!!
Mr Daniel and his team managed to recover what seemed a helpless data-extraction process. Went to several other places but none of them were able to provide a solution. I was very upset and miserable when I loss all my mobile phone data during a MRI scan which wiped out all information in my phone.
