Recently, we received a case from a customer, with an SD Card that is physically damaged (a bent and crack on the SD Card).

Computer and mobile phone could not read the SD Card. The customer was anxious as the SD card has important documents and pictures. This customer had search for some of the data recovery center, because of our good review and high recovery rate, he decided to engage our data recovery service.

Firstly, our engineer would check to see if there is any short-circuit found. Luckily, there is no short-circuit found. Next, will proceed to perform a monolithic data recovery, which requires patience and a high level of focus to wipe off the surface layer of the SD Card. Our engineer needs to do some research on the memory chip, to find the different connect point represents what function. After that, he places the SD card onto the PCB Board, and connect the memory chip by using the wire. The touch point where the wire connects is the information, he had research previously.

However, the memory ID could not be read. We could not recover the data. Such a disappointing result to inform the customer. But our engineer did their best.
