Upon arriving EHDR Centre, our customer service representative will assist to generate a case ID for your storage devices such as Hard Disk Drive, Solid-State Drive, thumb drive, mobile device and etc. Type of media, model, serial number, and other information will be filled under your case ID. You may share all symptoms that you encountered with our customer service representative and it will record it accordingly. A Data Recovery Form will be provided, and your data will not be disclosed to any third party. Data Recovery Form and Photo of your storage media will attach and send through email as an acknowledgement. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.
Our customer representative will reach you with the result. The assessment result which consists of the finding, estimated success rate, estimated time frame, solution and quotation will be sent through the registered email. EHDR representative will contact user for further explanation. Recovery specialist will start the recovery process with user acknowledgement of quotation.
Recovery specialist will recover data with the preferred solution that acknowledge by the client. All recovery process will be done accordingly to prevent from data loss. With our own inhouse cleanroom and advance data recovery tools, all recovery process will be done within our own premises. Once data fully extracted, our specialist will identify the data consistency and ensure data is accessible.
Recovery specialist will update your case ID status and our customer service representative will contact you and advise available time slot for data verification.
